CJM Builders Inc. has been serving the Middlesex County for over 30 years. We have dedicated ourselves to serving families to meet all their home improvement needs. We are now going one step further and we are offering a home maintenance service plan. CJM Home Maintenance Plans are designed to help our members keep their homes running in the best shape possible. Our members will receive the benefit of a certified CJM team member to provide the recommended home maintenance tasks that will help protect your home from further issues down the road.
CJM Home Maintenance plans include two visits through the year to provide our customers with the best services to help keep their homes safe and identify potential issues that may arise in the near future. Depending on if you choose the Gold or Platinum plan, will depend on your services.
Being a homeowner can be very stressful and overwhelming. Join the CJM Home Maintenance Plan today and remove some of that burden with a annual inspection of your home. Along with the inspection we will service several of your home’s critical pieces to ensure they last you as long as possible. CJM Home Maintenance Plan FAQ’s
How do I Become A CJM Maintenance Member?
We’re glad you asked! There’s a few ways to join. First, you can always call us at 978-649-7300. Second, you can fill out the form below with your information and someone from our office will give you a call to get you setup. If you already have a payment on file, we can automatically bill it to your card. You have the option to be billed monthly or one lump annual payment. (All contracts and renewals are a 12 month period).
How do I use My CJM Home Maintenance Plan?
When you are a CJM Home Maintenance member, your account is flagged in our service and billing software, so when we look at your account to schedule your services, we will automatically know that you are one of the premier customers. You just give us a call when you are ready to schedule your seasonal services with one of our skilled team members.
Does this mean I don't pay for labor?
No, you will still be required to pay for labor for items that are not included in your service contract. However, if you sign up for the Platinum plan, you will receive a one time use of up to four hours of handyman service during a project, labor only. That’s a $480.00 value! (Six-month pay period is required before available.)
How Do I Get The Most Out Of My Membership?
We understand that CJM Home Maintenance members want to get the most out of their membership. Depending on the plan that you choose, you get two visits from our team to service many areas of your home. You also get a free checkup for potential upcoming issues. In addition, if you have a Platinum plan, you get 4 free hours of labor ($480 value) on any project.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
Yes, you can pay for your membership monthly or annually. You can give us a call at 978-649-7300 to sign up for monthly payments. If you sign up from here, simply check off the box to be charged monthly. Keep in mind all contracts are 12 months and cannot be terminated early. Auto renewal of contracts will also be for a 12 month period. If you have any questions, you can also email us at [email protected].
How do I renew my membership?
CJM Home Maintenance Plan members will have their membership renewed automatically. The card that you have on file with us from your original membership, will automatically get renewed for the year. If you are paying monthly, when it renews, you are enrolled into another 12 months of payments as well. If you want to know when your membership is going to renew, you can email us at [email protected] or call us at 978-649-7300 and someone from our team can get you that information.
How do I cancel my membership?
Automatic renewal may be cancelled with 30 days of written notice before the renewal date. If you desire to cancel the renewal, please let us know and we will send you a final invoice for any due amounts and the contract will be cancelled. However, all memberships are a minimum 1 year commitment. Though, CJM reserves the right to cancel any membership at anytime.
